Description and Terms of Sale:
This is a bill of sale transaction because the state of Georgia does not issue titles on antique vehicles older than 1985. All states recognize this and it is easy to register this in any state with a Georgia bill of sale. Check with your DMV state agency to verify. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a rare, classic Cadillac in great condition for a sixty year old vehicle. It is clean, no rust, and runs/shifts great.
This car has a 6.0L 365 V8 engine that was rebuilt along with the automatic transmission roughly 5,000 miles ago. 99% Original. Upgraded air filter housing has been the only modification.Paint is presentable, but is starting to show it's age.The interior has been well maintained, but the front seat is due for reupholstering. All chrome inside and outside are in great shape with no pitting. Fully-equipped with radio, power antenna, power steering, power brakes and power windows that work flawlessly. OEM air conditioning pump is still attached, but is non operational. This is a great example of a well preserved classic car that gets a lot of attention every time it cruises the streets. It is a driver, but has the normal wear and tear you would expect from a vehicle that has been alive for this long. Thank you for looking. Good luck.

PAYMENT TERMS:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE payment deposit with PayPal within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance via bank wire transfer of funds to my account due within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. It's your responsibility to pick up the vehicle at my location or arrange shipping to your location at your cost.
PAYMENT METHODS:
PayPal for non refundable deposit only. This is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction, no exceptions. The remaining balance is to be paid by bank wire transfer or cash within 7 days after the auction ends. Bank routing # will be forwarded after end of sale.
