1956 Cadillac DeVille Coupe Description:

1956 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, No rust Western car that came out of Beverly Hills California. Stayed there until owner passed away and it was inherited by grand kids in Oregon sometime in the 80's. The car was sitting for many years then picked up by me a few years ago and brought to Idaho. The car was missing the engine and transmission for some reason, so the engine sitting in it came out of a '56 Series 62 Sedan donor car. The car was repainted in the original colors Alpine White over Dawn Grey (which has a sweet purple tint to it), and is a good driver quality base coat clear coat job. This is not a show car by no means, but looks very presentable would make someone a proud owner. As you can tell the interior came out of a '56 Eldorado Seville as the original seats and panels were missing and I happened to have this set sitting around. Obviously not a numbers matching car, but a very unique one of a kind with this color combo and the Eldorado interior. Power brakes and steering gone through and it runs and drives super. Comes with an extra power antenna and instrument cluster. All lights work including fog lights, but the dome lights aren't working. With a little tinkering you could have everything working, but the fuel gauge and and temp is also inop. Radio also needs help but the power windows seem to be functioning ok, and so does the power six way seat. This is not a fully restored car, but can be enjoyed as is which is why the reserve is set low. New exhaust is also installed and there's no leaks.
