You are bidding on a phenomenally clean 1990 Cadillac Sedan Deville with only 71k original miles on it (confirmed by the fact that the odometer is six digits!). This car appears to have been owned since new by an elder woman here in Las Vegas, and maintained until her passing. There is even a plaque on the dash with her name on it from Cadillac!
The car's body is amazingly straight with only one small couple inch area of slight indent on the passenger side rear door (camouflaged nicely by the white paint of the car). The paint is in excellent condition with no fading or rough spots. All glass is intact and in great condition. The car even still sports its original metal badge on the back from the dealer it was purchased from (Cashman of Las Vegas).
This car starts right up on the first turn EVERY time. The starter was recently replaced as well as the battery (Las Vegas heat can kill batteries within two to three years).The engine gives this cruiser plenty of power to get up and go when needed. Gas mileage hovers between 17 - 18 in the city, and can get as high as 24 on the highway. The car's ride has that original Cadillac "float" as you go down the road from Cadillac's vaunted air-ride. It is front wheel drive, so there's very little hump on the front floor, and the car's transverse mounted engine is also fuel injected (better for both power and efficiency).Although the tires are older, the rubber is in excellent condition, there are no cracks in them, and they still have excellent tread left on them.
All of the lights and critical dash and interior electronics work, including the power windows (which can be slow at times). The air conditioning works great and blows nice and cold - a MUST for Las Vegas!!The interior is virtually perfect in that 70's / 80's crushed red velour interior fabric (there is only one, one-inch area along the outer edge of the driver's seat that shows an imperfection - no rips and no crimps ANYWHERE else).An after-market stereo was professionally installed in the car (how do I know it was professionally installed? When you turn the car off, the stereo keeps playing for a few minutes, or until you open the door, when it turns off).The trunk is HUGE, and extremely clean with the original spare well secured.
Although a beautiful and well-maintained car that currently runs and drives in an excellent manner, it is still 28 years old, and not perfect. From my observations, the car needs the following to get it to a level of virtually being "perfect":
- Engine will need motor mounts (if you're handy, the parts are less than $100);- The car does not have the original electronic antenna - it is a static one, but works fine;- The drivers door rubber insulation could be replaced;- The rear door, door-locks do not work and the locks must be activated manually (I'm guessing that these were not used much by the original owner);- The window tint on the two front doors could be replaced, but is mostly there, so not critical;- When the car turns off, you'll here the air-ride compressor turn on for a minute or two, which would indicate that there may be a small leak in the system somewhere. However, the car rides fine and level on the road with no issues or problems as is.

Buyer has two weeks after the auction to arrange shipping and complete removal of the vehicle from my location.
