Up For Sale For The Very First Time Is This Beautiful 1984 Cadillac Seville straight out of the Maloof family car collection If you are not familiar with uncle Phil or the Maloof family you can Google their name and you can find out all the information you need to know about one of the biggest car collectors here in Las Vegas he is now 92 Years old and I have purchased all of his cars that will no longer be in his collection he is only keeping car is in his collection that are from the 40s 50s and 60s All of his cars including this Seville has been stored in a climate control garage he also has people that come over to the garage to maintain The cars starting them up and cleaning all the vehicles every week this Cadillac was only driven 53,000 miles thank's to uncle Phil this Cadillac Seville has been well preserved and maintain

Body and paint

Body is super straight paint is original and looks terrific super shiny with no cracking or discoloring paint still shows very well the car has never been in any accidents and comes with a clean and clear Nevada title

Chrome and glass

All of the chrome and glass is in excellent condition the glass does not have any cracks or chips all of the chrome including all of the moldings and emblems are in good shape

Interior

The seats are in excellent shape with no rips or tears the leather is still very soft it is not hard or brittleAnd they show beautifully the carpet shows in the Photos as if it is dirty or off-color it is just the photos the carpet is actually in excellent condition with no stains no discoloring very nice The dashboard has no cracks door panels are in excellent condition doors open and shut very nicely the trunk compartment looks beautiful still has its original spare tire The headliner starting to sag I can have this replaced before Car leaves my possession for an additional $350 on top of whatever the winning bid is or you can do it yourself the choice is yours I have a professional interior guy who will Have it re-done and match it to the exact color and it will only take a few days

Electrical

All of the electrical equipment works very well including the rear trunk it has the option of just slightly closing the trunk and automatically the trunk will begin to shut on its own this feature still works all of the headlights signal lights and interior lights work as well including all of the windows all of the electrical equipment is all in great working condition

Running gear

The V8 4100 HT Engine runs great Does not blow any smoke knock or make any funny noises starts up every single time with no hesitation The automatic transmission shifts beautifully into all gears just like it should suspension is all in really good shape still drives like a caddy

Here are a few things that will need some attention The gas gauge does not work The A/C will need to be serviced tires have great thread and are in good shape but our old would recommend some new ones other than that it is a really nice car just needs a little TLC to get it to its show room condition

Please note I am selling the car privately the car is located in a show room just because I thought it would look better here because it was real difficult to get pictures in the sun

Terms of auction a $500 nonrefundable deposit is due immediately and balance to be paid within 3 business days
