Hello,
It pains me to sell my baby. I have almost a decade of joy in this car. After theinitialwork by Leon Kaplan I drovethis car problem free for years.
Currently it's not starting. Probably just needs a new battery.
Here's a brief rundown of the history.
I bought this car in 2009. I took it to Leon Kaplan (the Motorman) at Lancer Automotive and had about$9,000worth of work done on it there. I have all the receipts. If you're not familiar withLeon KaplanorLancer Automotivehe's famous and has celebrity clients notably car enthusiasts Jay Leno.
Long short of the repairs from 09 include Repairing Engine, Transmission, Carburator, brakes.
I'm going to photograph the main receiptof work done. (see Receipt photos below)
After Getting it back from Leon, I took it in for a custom interior and headliner. The seats are black and white and the headliner is black and white striped. Jaihouse Rock.
I had it painted a gloss black.
It's rough around theedges. Like a beat up leather jacket. But it's one a kind.
TheWindows are tinted black.
NOTE: TWO SETS OF PHOTOS 1 GROUP IS BEFORE THE WINDOWS WERE TINTED AND IT WAS PARKED OUTSIDE.
WITH A WASH AND TAKEN OUTSIDE THIS IS CLOSE TO WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE NOW EXCEPT FOR THE WINDOWS ARE TINTED NOW.
THE SECOND SET WAS TAKEN NOW AS IT IS IN MY GARAGE. THE LIGHTING IS HORRIBLE BUT IM NOT GOING TO TOW IT OUTSIDE JUST TO PHOTOGRAPH IT SORRY.
IF YOU LIVE LOCALLY I AM WILLING TO SHOW YOU THE CAR IN PERSON BEFORE YOU BUY IT.
BELOW IS WHAT'S NOT WORKING:
CURRENTLY THE CAR IS NOT STARTING. I HAVEN'T DRIVEN IT IN 2 YEARS.
It couldjust be the battery, I'm not sure.
