I AM RE-LISTING THIS CAR BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS WINNING BIDDER CHANGED HIS MIND BECAUSE HIS FRIEND DIED AND HE WAS BUYING THE CAR BECAUSE HIS FRIEND OWNED A CADDILAC....I KNOW...IT'S A STRANGE STORY BUT THAT'S THE STORY HE GAVE ME. HE NEVER EVEN CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE CAR.

Well...time to let her go...I had big plans for her but Baby Joey showed up...I cannot give the time and love to this Caddy that she respects...1968 Cadillac Deville...this car runs and drives like a dream! I had it professionally tuned and maintained. My goal was to get it 100% mechanically right and then start the cosmetics. I achieved all the mechanical. She starts on the first turn every time no matter how long I let her sit. Absolutely no white smoke or any smoke for that matter at any time. Original 472 motor. She drives with awesome power. She brakes beautifully. She handles great! She floats over bumps on the road. All the lights work including all turn signals and markers, headlamps, high beams, brake lights, parking lights. Wipers work. All power windows work. Power steering is just incredible. New brake lines and brake booster. The power door locks do not work. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE INTERESTED TO COME LET ME TAKE THEM FOR A RIDE! You will simply be amazed. Car runs very cool and does not overheat even in very hot weather. I was once asked if this car could be a daily driver...answer is yes! Definitely! Tires are great...almost new amount of tread left. All original wheels and hub caps.Interior is very nice...black in color. I didn't even clean it for the pictures. Seats are original and correct pattern. Only one flaw on front passenger seat...stitching just came apart perfectly on the seam. No rips or tears. That 10 inch seam could be re-sewn very easily...it's right on the seam! Interior lights work. The speedo does not work and I'm not sure how many miles she has. I bought it this way. Brand new radio with iPod hook up. Brand new front and rear speakers. AC does not work primarily because the air conditioning unit on dash does not work. Not sure if it will blow cold air if repaired. Original compressor is under hood. I bypassed with an alternate switch to turn heat on. Heat works great. Carpets are in great shape. Brand new embroidered floor mats.Body needs attention. There are no dents or dings! My body guy believes this car has never been in an accident. It needs to be either cleared (seal the history), completely re-done, or...I was going to bed liner the entire vehicle for a very reasonable rate...thought it would look bad ass That way. Vinyl top is unbelievable! No rips or tears...must have been replace at some point. No leaks anywhere on vehicle! There are a few rust spots. The rockers are good. The skirts are good. Chrome is all there. Stainless steel is all there. Rear DeVille emblems are gone. No holes in the floor whatsoever! No holes in the trunk whatsoever! All glass is there and none of it is cracked or broken. All door locks and trunk lock works perfectly. Hood opens and closes perfectly. This is one of the biggest cars ever built...19 1/2 feet long. Seats 3 in the front, 4 in the rear, and 10 in the trunk. I once had 5 full size Caddy tires and wheels in the trunk with room to spare...try that with any car made today.
I put a lot of time and love into this car...too many bills and money spent to list...had some good times and I hate to see her go. I'm not asking for a whole lot of money...just a promise to take it to the next level. Enjoy it...as it can be enjoyed immediately. By its appearance it's easy to compare it to some other old Caddy's....that's why I encourage you to actually see this monster run and drive. You will be hooked immediately.
