Recent Repairs:

• New shocks in 2011 - rear shocks replaced with manual-fill air shocks
• New AC compressor in 2012
• New fuel pump in 2014
• New whitewall tires before delivery

Known Issues:

• Dash pad is cracked
• Wear on the carpeting
• Trim on the vinyl top needs to be reinstalled - original fasteners failed and it was removed to preserve it
• Paint chips on the rear quarters need touching up
• Rear tail light caps show crazing in the paint due to age

This Fleetwood was purchased in the Summer of 2010 from a dealer in Cambridge, MN; the dealer acquired it from an estate, and was in need of TLC. In my ownership, I replaced the radio module, decklid motor, AC compressor, shocks, tires, stainless steel rocker panels, key fob, spark plugs and wireset (for the Optispark; completed by a local Cadillac dealer); fuel pump and filter. The car has had the serpentine belt and wipers replaced with AC Delco parts, and has had a new battery installed Spring 2017.
The rear shocks were replaced with manual fill versions and a valve mounted on the rear frame rail due to the difficulty of locating a working automatic air pump. This also allows for manual adjustments to the ride height when required.
I drove this car in the summer only. The car was stored every winter.
The Cadillac will have a new set of whitewall tires installed before delivery to the new owner.
Reason for selling:
The car has been great to own, and it still draws attention from those who know and appreciate what it is. This is NOT the typical front wheel drive DeVille, but the body-on-frame rear wheel drive with a Corvette-derived LT1 V8 engine. This is a reliable car, and all the interior items work. I also have a spare seat with the seat motors in case it is needed, and that can go with the buyer as well.
The car is being sold for pickup, but I will deliver it to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, Fargo, ND area, Grand Forks, ND area, or Duluth, MN area for an additional $200. Please contact me before buying so we can arrange delivery.
