selling my 1963 caddy custom . the body was completely stripped before starting the body and paint work . all body moldings and emblems were shaved as were the door handles (has door poppers, the car is laser straigh, the paint looks like it is wet all the tim, the roof was done in a silver marble over a black base coa, crushed glass was added to the first clear coat on the roof them 3 more coats of clear . For the bumpers I wanted that old patina look so using a bag full of scotch-bright pads I sanded down the bumpers till the copper and nickel came thr, then I cleared them using the same clear as on the paint ... engine was gone thru prior to me getting the car but i had a machine shop take a look at it anyway, they said it looked fine just replaced the rear main seal with a new style (hate oil leaks)... the 4 speed hydro- matic was completely rebuil, complete new drive shaf, new ball joint, new upper rear trail-link arm and bushings . new high-end pioneer stereo , car rides on a full custom air-ride system by Accu-Air with ride height sensors 10 gallons of air and two compressor, up-dated head light, new I-did-it steering column with a custom steering whee, tires are Coker and wheels are old-school smoothies .. interior is all ne, started as a 1965 t-bird interio, everything was custom cut to fit in the caddy like it came that wa, bucket seats and console included ... added a B&M floor shifter for that custom loo, dash is perfec, new headline, ect ...too much to list ... car drives perfect ...any questions please call Joe at 916-995-8932 .... will consider reasonable offers ..
