1937 Cadillac Lasalle Description:

You are looking at a 1937 Lasalle opera coupe.This is a true barn find.Been on blocks in dry storage since the 1970's.The car is laser straight with no rust.The motor appears complete and is free. I have not tried to start it.The odometer shows 35k miles. I believe this to be true due to past registrations being in the vehicle.The story I was told was that the previous owner drove the car into the barn,put it on blocks,stripped the body of all chrome and trim and put the body in black primer.It appears that all parts for the car are present.This is a great candidate for a complete restoration or a great rod project.The interior is complete but needs a full makeover. There is new glass that is included with the parts.It appears the glass is for both side rear and divided rear window.Windshield glass has cracks as well as drivers and passenger door glass.Tires and rims are original with 16 inch tires and rims.I cleaned the front grill and it is mint.I have given all the information that I know about the car.Please don't ask any other questions about the car because the answer is I don't know.The vehicle was never titled but I do have prior registrations into the late 50's.The vehicle will be sold with a transferable Maine registration.The car does move and is currently on car dollies.This is a fantastic looking car That I don't believe would take much to get running.All shipping arrangements made by and paid by the buyer.
