1977 Cadillac Sedan Deville - White Exterior with Red Interior. Distributor replaced in 2014, Exhaust Manifold replaced with high quality remand in 2014, some body work (bondo + metal work) & complete repaint in 2014, heating system was completely gone through in 2015 and serviced, new struts, sway, shocks, shock absorbers & break pads 2014, new stereo 2014, water pump 2015, carburetor rebuilt in 2015, premium tune-up (K&N Air Filter + Premium plugs, cap, rotor & belts) 2015, new valve cover gaskets 2015, new oil pan 2015 alternator fin replaced in 2016, new headlights 2016, new windshield 2016, new wiper-motor & blades 2016, new battery 2016, new headliner 2016,Turbo 400 Transmission rebuilt & upgraded 2016.
I literally love this car & it has taken me through some crazy times. I don't have to sell it but it costs me money to store it right. I bought it in May 2012 when I was finally getting my legs underneath me after the recession. I walked to work at the time and just wanted something for when I had to drive. It had 122k when I got it. It took me until 2014 before I had put 15,000 miles on it. I sold my other car at that time and began to use the Cadillac as my main driver.
Factory AC does not work but isn't beyond repair. There is a short somewhere in the front passenger door panel; it goes away when you shut the door so I haven't done anything about it yet. Power locks, windows & bench seat all work absolutely perfectly otherwise. Dash is in "ok" shape, needs a new steering wheel & new panels for the power options in the driver & passenger doors upfront.I had a new stereo system professionally installed in it, Two 5x7 in the front & two 6x9 in the back with a 10" kicker sub & bolt 250 amp in the trunk JVC Bluetooth deck mounted in the glove box. I put a lot of work in to it as I drove it more as you can see above. Fun facts: I have made some good money driving this car. I have had some good times & driven long distances knowing that even if something did break on this Cadillac. I could get it fixed & be on my way in a reasonable amount of time so long as I had a few bucks and Triple A.
