Up for auction is a 1987 Buick Regal WE4 Turbo T Coupe. This is one of 1,547 WE4 cars built.They call this vehicle the wolf in sheep's clothing as the WE4 is nearly identical to the Buick Grand National in appearance, but lighter and faster. The use of aluminum T-type wheels versus the steel Grand National wheels means less rotating weight. Also, aluminum bumper braces help shed weight.
This specific vehicle is in great condition. The interior feels fresh with the new upholstery, new carpet, and the headliner still in good shape. New window felts and door weatherstrips. Although some of the interior has been refreshed it could use a new dashboard speaker cover as it has a crack in it. Also, the digital tachometer doesn't function properly, which is a common problem in these vehicles. Needs an A/C compressor.
Now lets take a walk to the outside of the vehicle that boasts nice shiny paint with ZERO rust. Although the paint looks really nice there is a scuff mark on the bumper which is the only major body defect. The windshield has a few rock chips, but nothing major.
