1962 Buick Electra -- Description:

1962 Buick Electra 225 Hardtop. Solid California car that still retains its original black plates. No rust ever, this car has remained rust and accident free its whole life. A few years back it was stripped to bare metal for a show quality repaint in its original color of Arctic White. Body is very straight with excellent panel fitment. Door jambs and under trunk are just as detailed as they exterior. The bumpers were rechromed and the rest of the brightwork was too good to refinish. Only the taillight housings show a little wear from age, but no pitting. All of the glass is original and in great shape. Weatherstripping was replaced where needed. Interior was redone with correct materials and patterns. Factory genuine leather interior trim code 876. Loaded with power drivers seat, Cold AC, power windows and vents, dual speakers, power steering, and power trunk. 401 V8 and automatic transmission were completely rebuilt and have less than 2500 miles. Power disc brakes were added for safety and drivability. Trunk materials are original showing some wear, comes with complete jack and spare. Well sorted car with only the wipers being non functional, it will need a motor and blades. Custom chrome bullet caps were installed in place of blades as this car was only driven in fair weather. Certainly one of the cleanest 62 Electras available.
