1971 Buick GS

1971 GS350 that was owned by the same lady from 1974 to 2016 and in the Kent washingrton area all that time. it has always been garaged and well cared for. it was sold when the Lady went into a retirement home and i believe she was in her 80's. it has never been wrecked and has zero rust anywhere on the car. the car is 100% numbers matching right down to the carburetor and distributor.

Body, the car was repainted in the factory colors aprox 20 years agoa dns till looks great, top is factory white painted top and not Vinyl. Body color is LimeMist. all body panels are smooth and well aligned. The sport mirrors are original equipment. there is no pitting or rust on any of the trim and the headlight bezels are very nice, grill is original and not cracked or damaged. Bumpers are very nice. trunk floor is perfect and early in the cars life had a felt liner put under the trunk matt to prevent rust and moisture trapping between floor and matt. Car comes with a model specific car cover for storage.

Engine and transmission, the 350 was rebuilt and runs very well. it doe not smoke ort knock and pulls smoothly. transmission was serviced when the car was pulled out of garage after sitting a long time and shifts well. the rear end is original and is a 3.08 ratio open differential. exhaust was replaced many years ago and still looks new.

interior, the interior is green with bench seat and is in very good condition. the dash pad is very nice and has no distortion or cfracks. 24 hour clock still works properly and the factory Am/Fm radio works well. there are factory floor matts and the carpet is in good condition, steering wheel has a small crack on bottom side that is easily repairable. dash cluster is not faded or worn and shows well.

while it is only a GS350 and not the coveted GS455, this car is in exceptional shape and runs and drives very well. it gets lots of attention everywhere i take it and folks are amazed at how nice it still is. I lke the car very much but I am a 66-67 Buick guy at heart and my intention is to get one of those after this car is gone.
