Beautiful Red 1989 BMW 325i E30 Convertible, a classic ride!
1989 BMW 3-Series Red Description:
Selling my wonderful 1989 BMW 325i convertible, still runs great and is very fun car to drive.Two owners, the original owner bought this car new in California and used it as a daily drive for ~25 years, and garage parked it. I've been street parking for the last 2 years and its seen a few small dings and bumps on the fender, and some sun fading on the passenger mirror and back spoiler (see photos). Clean title in hand, and full history of maintenance and repairs.
I've put a bit of work into this car in the last year or so, including new rear tires, new fuel pump, new brakes, wipers, belts and tail lights. Has been maintained regularly with oil and fluid checks, I've only used premium fuel to keep the engine running smooth. Work has been done by the same excellent mechanic in Sausalito (A&A Auto) for ~25 years.
The convertible top is original, I've patched some very minor spots, and it's holding up well, won't need to be repaired. Engine, transmission, etc. is all original.
The car has ~237,000 miles, but very reliable, has been on many California weekend trips with me. Like any older car, has some minor quirks. The radio doesn't work, the drivers side door squeaks when opened, and the brake lining light comes on intermittently, without needing work, but has been doing so for 15 years. The interior is beautiful black leather, but shows some wear on the driver's side.
