1980 BMW 3-Series 320i Two Door Coupe E-21 Description:

1980 BMW 320i. Please look at photos as they are part of the description. 30,732 actual miles. 4 cylinder. Fuel injected. Automatic transmission. Bought new by my Mother In Law in Stockton California. Always stored in the garage. She was not able to drive after 1998. Stored in her home since then until last year. Always pampered and loved. Recent full service and repairs at Stockton BMW specialist. Flat bedded to Los Angeles, detailed, and ready for a new home. Car is registered and licensed in California and has passed Smog.
$4779 ( documented with receipts) spent on service and work done to ensure car is roadworthy and fully serviced. Includes but not limited to:
Full tune up
All fluids and filters replaced
New brake master cylinder
Rebuilt brake calipers
New rear brake cylinders
New battery
New fuel injectors
Rebuilt warm up regulator
Amazing time warp condition. Body is straight with just a couple of small, difficult to see dings. They would be straightforward to fix with Paintless Dent Repair. NEVER any rust. Paint is very shiny and smooth. Some light scuffs and some chips that have been touched up. Probably 90% original paint. She had a small parking lot scrape on right quarter panel that was repaired years ago. Nice job and match. All the chrome trim is very nice and shiny. No visible damage with a few light scuffs. All the rubber trim and seals are very nice, soft, and undamaged. Both bumpers are straight with some light "bump" wear and scuffs to the shiny parts and the rubber. All glass is original and damage free. Some fading to the plastic "chrome" trim around the rear window. The left tail light lens is solid but has a couple of hairline cracks. Not extremely noticeable.
Interior is extremely clean and all original. Dashboard and top are undamaged and display very well. All gauges work. Air conditioner works. Original working Blaupunkt AM FM Stereo. Seat and door panels are all good. A bit of wear to the driver's seat back left side probably due to her sliding in and out. Not too bad. The only issue is that the inner seat cushion material for all the seats has gotten "crunchy". Looks fine to the eye but material is collapsing and falling out. Still very usable but it is only going to get worse. Cushions are available and straightforward to replace. Original carpet and headliner are clean and very nice. Car has the remains of dealer installed alarm control mounted to the dash. Engine compartment located siren and wiring is gone. I do not know how the remaining control operates and it should be able to be removed.
Factory alloy wheels are good with original finish. No damage to them and some light surface chipping and wear. Goodyear radial tires that have a lot of tread left but are several years old. Trunk is very clean with no visible wear. All original tools are there. Engine compartment is very clean and original. Some surface rust on the raw metal brake booster. Recent battery. Under side of the car displays undamaged and comparable to the mileage.
Car runs like it looks. Starts fines. Runs and drives very smoothly. Great little city car. Nimble and tight. No real issues except for the seat cushions.
