1959 BMW Isetta Description:

Beautiful 1959 BMW Isetta titled in California with black plate. Car was purchased in 2017 at Russo & Steele Auction. Personally know the seller who is large old car seller of classics. Car was completely restored and is a great collectible. All mechanical components were checked and rebuilt. The car was running at the auction and was delivered running. We did notice a slight leak of fuel from the carb which needs to be adjusted. Very minor. At the auction, the car was bumped while loading as there was a slight crack in the paint on the rear that is about 2" diameter. Very hard to see and almost blends in. You have to look for it. Please see the image from the auction with description. The car was delivered at has not moved. Our plan was to put it in our home as a art piece. The car shifts through the gears correctly and it stops properly. You will have a hard time finding a better running and driving example. We even had the original manual seen in one of the photos. Look no further. I searched for a long time until I found this car.
This 1959 is featuring an eye catching two tone Japan Red over Ivory paint scheme. The massive 13 hp moto with 4 speed manual gearbox is a classic micro car that continues to increase in value. This is a rare opportunity to own something this special.
