1961 Austin Healey 3000 BN7 Two Seater. A nice driver quality well maintained BN7 involved in a rollover accident during a Healey Club tour. The majority of the exterior panels are damaged with the exception of the bonnet. This was an insurance total as the car was a bit under insured and the repair estimate required the pricing quote of new replacement panels rather than finding decent replacement panels over time for the necessary repairs. The majority of the exterior panels are the same as all 6 cylinder models from BN4 thru BT7 found regularly right here on eBay. The sourcing of these components should be a fairly easy exercise over time unless a talented panel beater is on tap for the restoration of the damaged panels. This is an excellent opportunity to perform a full restoration on the highly sought after two seat BN7 model. The care and maintenance of this car the last several years was performed by the Pacific Northwest's premier repair and restoration shop on behalf of the owner of over 40 years. The main frame rails are straight and were not damaged as a result of the rollover. Additional photos have been posted. It would be prudent to assume that once the external body panels have been removed, some straightening of the upper substructure, ie: inner fenders, etc. will be necessary prior to the fitment of new or repaired panels.
