1960 Austin Healey Sprite Bugeye Description:

Up for consideration is my 1960 Bugeye Sprite. I purchased the car about 10 years ago and have used it sparingly and now due to a complete lack of time I feel the car would best be with someone who can enjoy it. The car mechanically is in top notch condition. It has a 1275CC engine that was completely rebuilt by the previous owner. The car is fast and handles exceptionally well, the radiator was removed and cleaned two seasons ago along with a master cylinder rebuild. The vehicle also has front disk brakes for added stopping power.

The paint on the car is not perfect and has imperfections but will clean up well with some elbow grease. The previous owner removed the beading between the fender sections giving it a more sleek appearance and a custom front hinge system was installed to allow for easier engine access. The frame and body are solid with no visible rust whatsoever. The interior has a new old stock AMCO interior that shows well installed last year. The seats are in need of complete refurbishment and the passenger seat pan is not original. The car comes with a rare factory BMC hard top, side curtains, soft top and tonneaucover in white.

Tires are a few years old but have very few miles on them. I don’t believe I put more than 500 miles on the carin 10 years.
