1991 Alfa Romeo Spider Description:

Owned and carefully maintained since 1998, the car has recently refreshed power train, brakes and rear suspension, top and leather seating. Includes Alfa Spider factory manual, and records of maintenance and repairs over the years. Little/no rust (spare tire well has been repaired), and original paint. Some body repairs in previous years. Mileage is estimated.
The car has new recent top and real veloce leather seats. There is a small repaired area at the bottom of the spare tire well. There is little or no rust anywhere. In the past couple of years the brakes, transmission and clutch were redone. The air conditioner works ok but needs refrigerant every year or so. Has a newer Sony radio and upgraded rear speakers. The airbag is not functional. There was an incident a couple years ago when the primary wire from the starter to the alternator shorted and melted wiring along its path. this was competently repaired with materials from a salvaged S3. I drove the car only in fair weather, and for a number of years it was my regular driver, but not a daily one. The odometer gear broke in the usual way, trying to reset it while in motion, at 50,000 some miles around 1999 or so. I estimate the actual miles at 75-80K. The Dash is in perfect condition. The car starts, runs and handles very well.
The heater fan does not work. I have the replacement motor on hand.

I will sell this at a fair price to a committed and knowledgeable buyer.
