This Giulietta was cosmetically and mechanically restored including a rebuilt engine upgraded with Veloce rods, header, pistons, and cams mated to a 5-speed transmission. Extensive testing and mechanical evaluation was performed to balance the driveline properly including driveshaft, engine mounts, gearbox mounts, and proper height settings. The head and intake was removed and inspected. New carburetors were installed along with a new cold air box, a new flywheel starter ring, and a new starter. New exhaust, and a new battery were also installed and a battery cutoff switch installed.


Cosmetically, the car looks fantastic with glossy paint and well fitted interior. Other than the hood pins to secure the hood, it appears unmodified from the outside, The body is straight and the chrome is in good condition. The trim and badges all appear in very good condition as are the lights, the glass, and the vinyl top.


The interior is excellent shape, with particularly nice attention to detail in the newly fitted upholstery.


The car starts and idles easily. Recent engine and service work have resulted in a very nicely balanced car that is fun and easy to drive. The chassis and suspension are unusually tight for a car of the age, with a sharpness and responsiveness reflective of the careful mechanical work performed on the car. The gearbox works perfectly with excellent synchromesh on all gears, while handling is great in corners.
