1982 Alfa Romeo Spider Description:

1982 ALFA ROMEO SPIDER CONVERTIBLE. Nice driver quality car that has had a fresh paint job 3 years ago. The seats were recovered by a local upholstery shop using Worldwide upholstery original covers this past winter. Car drives well and the engine runs well. Car rides on new tires, has new battery, Convertible top is excellent and rear window is clear per photographs. Windows operate and the original A/C system has some internal pressure although it doesn't turn on. (fans work) Trunk area is clean and original. Car is solid except small rust area (2 sq.in.) in left front footwell where a/c evaporator was leaking into the car. Have owned car for 4 years. I Purchased car out of Texas and was told by owner that he had the car for over 10 years. Summer fun car!
Car is driver quality and needs some work. Transmission syncros on downshift to 1st aren't smooth and the shifter pops out of gear in reverse only. Car is 36 years old and in solid condition but will have imperfections from time and storage. "Inspections are welcomed and must be done before end of auction."
