History of the Acura NSX Coupe:
From concept to reality, the Acura NSX Coupe spent seven dedicated years on the tracks to refine it to its peak level of performance before being offered to the public. Honda's engineering team was instructed to use whatever means necessary to create a car that was both reliable enough for both street and track use, but one that also exceeded the performance and design qualities of any performance sports car coming out of Europe. They utilized their connection to the Formula 1 racing circuit thoroughly with driver incite from Japans Satoru Nakajima, 3-time world Champion Ayrton Senna from Brazil, and Americas Bobby Rahal to tune the chassis rigidity and road handling characteristics to be second to none! It debuted in 1991 using the Acura nameplate in the USA and became Automobile Magazine's Car of the Year! A great deal of the car's success was due to the vehicle's lightweight design. It was the first production car to utilize an all-aluminum, ultra-light monocoque body, ultra-rigid aluminum alloy frame, and 4-wheel independent aluminum double-wishbone suspension components, all of which aided in the shedding unnecessary pounds, increasing overall chassis rigidity, and improving handling!

We are very excited to offer a ready to drive 1994 Acura NSX Coupe(#126) finished in striking Formula Red over Black leather interior! This car comes to us in superb condition and only 25,149 original miles on the odometer! This particular example is powered by a robust, high-revving 3.0L VTEC engine with variable valve timing, titanium connecting rods, and forged aluminum pistons producing a stout 270 horsepower built with an incredible 8,000rpm redline! Options include 5-speed manual transmission, automatic climate control, Bose audio system (currently not producing any sound), tilt/telescopic steering column, dual power seats, power windows mirrors, power locks with remote entry, cruise control, full dash instrumentation, and forged 16" front & 17" rear 7-spoke light-alloy wheels. Honda truly nailed their intentions to manufacture a reliable supercar, with history proving these cars to be as carefree with maintenance as a modern-day Accord!
This wonderfully cared for example sold new from Acura Southwest based in Houston, TX on February 26th, 1994 where it stayed with its original owner since new! It has been properly serviced from day one by only Acura trained technicians using Mobil 1 synthetic oil, with all service records being provided to the next owner. This included a timing belt and water pump replacement completed on this engine at 24,005 miles by Sterling McCall Acura in Houston, TX. New spark plugs and Mobil 1 oil/filter change at 24,853 miles. Our available Acura NSX has been upgraded with an ARK Racing stainless steel performance exhaust system with polished tips, along with Comptech headers carbon fiber cold air intake with K&N air filter, Cantrell Concepts radiator shield custom carbon-fiber engine cover, short-throw shift kit, and Zanardi NSX floor mats with red accents! The exhaust note is every bit as sexy as a Ferrari with a perfect, throaty pitch! The original exhaust, exhaust manifolds, coolant reservoir, engine covers, factory strut bar, etc. are included too, if you want it back to all stock specifications. The air conditioning computer control assembly was replaced in November 2003 at 22, 454 miles.
This car is amazingly quick and incredibly easy to drive! Also included with this car will be all original keys including the special Titanium key, original window sticker, delivery checklist, all original manuals, 1994 dealership brochures, clean CarFax report, NSX padded tool mat, two fitted car covers for times of storage.
